Spieplatz Naturist Club SpielplatzOasis is a quaint, homely naturist club with resident members and a mix of members and day visitors, both male and female. I visit here on a regular basis to catch up with naturist buddies and enjoy their gigs as a devotee of live music. Set in mature grounds with well kept lawns, the Spielplatz Clubhouse has a well stocked bar where you can also purchase light snacks and meals. I don't envy their Chef on hot days having to wear all those clothes! The members are scrupulous about their heated open air pool which is monitored and maintained on a daily basis and it's one of the focal points of the club with visitors and members favouring the lawns in close proximity. It's a real sun trap! This Summer, DaisyBeck Studios Daisybecktv have been filming a documentary at Spielplatz which I've taken part in too which has been great fun. You're likely to be seeing a lot more of Spielplatz and its members in the coming months so check it out before the rush and if you're not mad keen on camping, rent one of their lovely chalets and make a weekend of it. Inactivity has been identified as one of the main reasons that decrease life quality and health in the modern urbanized world. Naturist movement is doing a lot for body acceptance, but naturism should be also embraced as an active lifestyle. Many sport and outdoor activities are more comfortable without clothes. Also, sports and music bring people together, and when such events are held without clothes, they seem to break even more barriers. Gym is where most adults seem to obtain their exercise these days. If you are concerned about hygiene, just use a towel to sit or lie on. Perhaps nude gymnasts would feel even freer in their moves. Aerial acrobatics may sound less appealing due to potential friction with the fabric, there are a few photos online that make it seem as a non-issue either. Nude yoga is getting more and more popular, and many cities from Tokyo to New York have more than one group. Yoga practice puts a lot of emphasis on feeling your own body, so it would work only better if the body is unclad and unrestrained by clothes.

Dharma Buddies meets Sundays at am for a minute silent meditation followed by tea and conversation meeting ends at pm.
